Utilities Services

A Kaydeli 300-ton air-cooled chiller was used for utility service. The chiller is a two-stage, refrigeration system that uses chilled water from the plant's circulating water system to provide cooling to the facility. The chiller was used to provide cooling capacity to a facility with multiple refrigeration units in its air conditioning system.

The chiller helped the facility maintain proper temperature levels, reducing energy costs and preventing downtime. One of the main key points in this installation process was selecting an appropriate location for the cooling tower. The other point to keep in mind is that an electrical supply must be provided by the building management so that sufficient power can be run from their system to operate the chiller. The next step is to arrange a maintenance contract with your local authorized service provider who is familiar with all aspects of this type of system and can guarantee its smooth operation indefinitely into the future.

This chiller was installed on an elevated concrete pad and the area around it was graded to allow for proper drainage. The pad had to be constructed so that it would not cause any damage to pipes, or other underground utilities located below the pad. The building site manager supervised the construction process, ensuring all tasks were completed per plans and specifications.

We put the right chiller in place to get the job done.
